Buyer Pre-Purchase inspection

A Pre-Purchase Inspection is intended to help you, the buyer, make an informed decision about purchasing a home.  We will take you step by step, through the home, looking at all major house systems (plumbing, electrical, roof, insulation, structure, foundation, heating, air conditioning and exterior) answering your questions along the way.  We will then provide you with a comprehensive report, including photos and diagrams, stating all findings and potential issues and to help you feel confident in your decision.
