Home Inspections

We want to support you in the purchase or sale of your home, or help you maintain your current home  by, offering you a step by step, thorough home inspection, reporting on all 9 major house systems (Electrical, plumbing, roof, insulation, foundation, exterior, interior, heating and air conditioning).  We will then provide you with a comprehensive report stating all findings with photos, diagrams, along with other resources to assist you in home ownership or to aid in the sale of your home.

Clint Parnell, the founder of Titan Home Service Ltd. has completed all required training to become a certified home inspector and continues to participate in training to ensure that he can best serve his customers.  Clint is a candidate member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI), which maintains the highest standards of professional development and ethical standards.

Heating & Cooling

Titan Home Service offers reliable, quality heating and cooling services.  We do diagnostic testing and trouble shooting to determine any deficiencies or malfunctions with your current heating or cooling system.  We will provide you with a detailed quote of any repair work that may need to be completed.  We will then complete the repair, or new installation if it is required.  We will do all of this in a timely manner that is convenient for you.  We also offer maintenance packages to help ensure that your furnace or air conditioner is running at optimal performance, resulting in a longer life span and lower electricity costs.

Clint has 20 years of expertise in heating and cooling.  He is a certified HVAC technician and certified air conditioning/refrigeration mechanic and a certified gas fitter.  Titan Home Service is registered with and regulated by TSSA.
